Terms of Service

Route6 is a service operated by M3T Projekt d.o.o., a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Croatia. Full statutory company information is in §12 Company information (Impressum) below.

1. Acceptance

By creating a Route6 account or using Route6 services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Route6 provides network infrastructure services including WireGuard tunnel provisioning, IPv6 address allocation, DNS hostname management, and related API services.

3. Account registration

You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Route6 services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Payment and billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. One-time credit packs are billed immediately. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable, continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

7. Dormant free-tier resources and reclamation

Network resources assigned to your account — a public IPv6 prefix (/64) and the per-agent addresses within it, *.on.route6.me hostnames, and their DNS records — remain allocated to you for as long as you use them or pay for them. Because public IP address space and hostnames are finite shared resources, we reclaim them from long-dormant free-tier agents:

  • Scope. Applies only to agents on the free tier (no active paid subscription on the account). Agents covered by an active paid plan or paid mesh seat are never reclaimed for dormancy.
  • Dormancy. A free agent is considered dormant when it has shown no activity for at least six (6) consecutive months. Activity includes any tunnel connection or heartbeat, any authenticated API or MCP tool call, and any measured traffic on the agent's identity.
  • Notice. Before reclaiming, we send at least two notices to your account email address — approximately 30 days and 7 days in advance. Any activity before the reclamation date retains the identity and resets the dormancy clock. Keeping your account email address current (Section 3) is your responsibility.
  • Effect. On reclamation, the agent's public IPv6 prefix and hostname are released and their DNS records are removed. Your account is not deleted — you can sign in and provision a new free agent identity at any time. Released resources cannot be restored once reclaimed.
  • Reuse. Released prefixes are quarantined for at least 60 days before they can be reassigned; released hostnames may become available for registration by other customers.

We may apply longer windows or decline to reclaim at our discretion; we will not shorten these windows without updating these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Route6 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zagreb, Croatia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
